Enjoy unlimited live stream / online content that you can do anywhere, every day of the week. 

The classes are led by our friendly Actif instructors who are there to guide, motivate and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.

You can access the classes through our app by using your phone or tablet, laptop or smart TV.

All classes can be adapted to suit your fitness level and the instructors are there to help you every step of the way just like they would be in a face to face class, so don't be afraid to ask.

You don't need any fancy equipment either.  If you haven't got weights at home we may suggest other items you could use that you may have in the house such as bottles of water/tins of food.

FREE access to current members

Great news! For the duration of the lockdown closure, we have extended FREE access to all current members with a Direct Debit membership (up until 19th February, subject to Welsh Government's review).

Not a member?

If you are a frozen Actif member or not a member of Actif you have two options;

  1. Sign up for an Actif Anywhere only membership for only £10 a month.
    JOIN NOW!

  2. Access the classes on a Pay as you Go(PAYG) basis.  Classes are £6* each (*All Walk your way to fitness classes are £3.70)
  3. If you already have a pay as you go account with us you can simply log in to Actif Anywhere here and pay for each class you book on the platform.

With over 20 classes a week, 6 days a week there really is a class there for everyone. We are constantly adding more and more classes to the schedules to bring you even more choice. Classes include HIIT, Exercise to Music, Legs, Bums and Tums, Yoga, Boxfit, Family fitness to name just a few.

Actif On Demand is an unlimited platform where you can access a selection of our fitness classes for free, anytime, anywhere. Minimal equipment may be needed.

Pause, Rewind and Repeat. Unlimited access where you can return to your favourite videos anytime with the benefit of picking up where you left off.

You do not need a membership to access our on-demand content but we would love to hear from you so please subscribe to our Youtube Channel or interact with us on our Social Media platforms.

The on-demand content is suitable for everyone… including specific sessions for those on our National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) programme. Classes currently online includes Yogalates, Life Circuit, Tabata, Circuits plus many other workouts.
