Actif 1 Million Minutes Clubs Challenge

Following the success of the Actif School’s Challenge and with restrictions easing and under 18s sporting provision able to re-start this is a great project to give your club a kick start!

The aim of the challenge is for club members to collectively achieve 1,000,000 active minutes across the county.

The challenge is being launched in May, and we are inviting clubs to sign up to the challenge!

Important: We do ask for only 1 person from your club to register on behalf of the whole club.

The challenge is a great way to interact with other members of the club and to encourage everyone to be more active during this time! The challenge will be live from the 1st of May to the 31st of May 2021.

Once registered, your club will be given their own target of minutes to reach based on the number of members the club has. You will also receive information to forward to your members, for them to record their minutes on a weekly basis.

Members of your club can record minutes from a range of activities; from any training sessions (if COVID restrictions allow), walking, cycling, outdoor household activities to online sessions and many more!

If you think your club is up to the challenge, here’s what you need to do –

1. 1 Person from the club to register for the challenge

2. Promote the challenge to ALL members and to tag us in on social media @Sportcarms on Twitter / @Actif Sport and Leisure on Facebook with #MillionActifMinutes or #MiliwnMunudActif

3. Reach your club’s target, this will be sent after the registration period has finished.

Registration will close on the Friday 23rd April at 5pm. Once the club has successfully signed up, we will send more information regarding the challenge.
