The insport Series: Actif Para Cycling event will include para cycling and fundamental skills opportunities at Carmarthen Velodrome.

The opportunity will be suitable for individuals 10 years plus whether you want to start cycling, have just started out, or wishing to improve your cycling with the aim of competing.

Please bring your own helmet and if you have adaptive cycling equipment that you would like to use in the session you are more that welcome to do so. A range of adapted bikes will be available. The DSW Performance Pathway Team will support the delivery.

The opportunity will focus on providing opportunities for individuals with physical and visual impairments.

Actif Para Cycling sessions will be hosted fortnightly 10am-12pm (£3.70 per session).
