STAYING ACTIVE AT HOME

We have some ideas to help you develop new skills and practice riding a bike whilst at home.

Our 'Skill of the Week’ programme encourages children to be as active as they can, whilst developing important physical skills such as jumping, throwing and catching.

Follow the videos on how to perform the skill correctly, how to correct it if needs be and how to make it easier or harder.

Riding a bike gives you a great sense of freedom – Every child in Britain should have the chance to learn. That’s why HSBC UK and British Cycling created 'Ready Set Ride', with free, quick and easy games to help you teach your child how to pedal.
