We would be grateful if you can spend a short time completing the questionnaire and welcome submissions on behalf of others too.
Closing date for responses is Wednesday 16 December 2020

Through multiple service closures, we have been limited in the way in which we could help you stay fit and healthy, in body and mind, but that’s never stopped us caring about you or doing what we can.
Saturday 19 December at 19:00
The First Minister has confirmed that Wales will move into alert level 4 restrictions as of midnight on Saturday, 19th December 2020 until 18 January 2021. These restrictions will apply to all of Wales.
What does this mean to Actif Leisure Centres?
We’re proud of the way volunteers from within our communities have been kind in their community during this pandemic. We’ll be saying #ThanksToYou , our grassroots heroes on 15 December alongside Sport Wales and National Lottery.
This week (14 December), the National Lottery Dedicated To…campaign celebrates our grassroots sporting heroes for their community spirit during these last few, tough months.
