On Wednesday 22 September it is the 10-year anniversary of National Fitness Day, where the UK comes together to celebrate the fun of fitness and physical activity.
The theme this year is ‘Fitness Unites Us’ as we hope National Fitness Day will encourage people across the country to celebrate the benefits of getting active. Though the pandemic continues to be part of everyday life we believe physical activity can unite and inspire individuals to take charge of their health. Free sessions are being offered across the UK, find out more here
In 2020, over 19 million people in the UK were inspired to be active on National Fitness Day and this year we hope to break 20 million.
