Anyone joining between 1st September and 31 October 2021 will pay no joining fee, saving up to £20

Household Membership
Available for households of 2 adults and up to 4 children (17 years and below). Also suitable for students living in shared accommodation. Includes access to our Gyms, Fitness classes, Swimming pools.

Student Membership
Available to full or part-time students. Includes access to our Gyms, Fitness classes, Swimming pools.

Platinum Membership
Includes access to our Gyms, Fitness classes, Swimming pools.

Corporate Platinum

Over 60's
We are currently offering an 8-week free membership for anyone aged 60+, click here to find out more.  To take advantage of this offer, simply go to JOIN and select 'Actif 60+ Membership' option.  This membership will give you full access to our Gyms, Fitness classes, Swimming pools and Community based- sessions (e.g. walking sports and more)

Bronze Membership
Includes access to Carmarthen, Llanelli, Amman Valley and Llandovery Swimming pools.

Corporate Bronze

Actif Anywhere membership gives you access to all Live streaming and On-Demand class content only

How to sign up for a membership?

  • Click JOIN
  • Select your nearest centre from the drop-down list  
  • Select Start / Restart a Membership 
  • Then select 'Monthly Memberships' for gym and all-inclusive memberships and 'Swim Only memberships' for our swim only related memberships
  • Select your chosen membership from the list 
  • Enter your details and confirm payment details. 
  • Once you've completed these steps you will now receive a confirmation email from us and you’ll be able to log in to make bookings using your email address and password.

I am currently a frozen member, how do I restart my membership?

Great news throughout September and October you will be able to restart your membership yourself.  Here is how you do this;

  1. Firstly you will need to reset your password as you will need this during the re-joining process. To reset your password click here, enter the email address you used when you signed up to a membership originally.  Follow the on-screen instruction and the instructions you receive through email to reset your password.  Once you have successfully reset your password keep it safe.
  2. Nex, Click  JOIN
  3. Select your nearest centre from the drop-down list  
  4. Select 'Start / Restart a Membership' 
  5. Then select 'Monthly Memberships' (for a swim only memberships e.g. Bronze / Corporate Bronze please select swim only membership from the list)
  6. Select your chosen membership from the list 
  7. As you are a previous member you don't need to add in your basic details instead skip to the section that says ' Do you have an Email Address and Password?'  Select YES and enter your email address and password, then click next.
  8. All your details should appear on the next screen, if any of these need updating please update.  Otherwise please continue by selecting next. 
  9. Enter our payment details and confirm your order
  10. Once you've completed these steps you will now receive a confirmation email from us and you’ll be able to log in to make bookings using your email address and password. 

Make bookings

Once you've signed up for one of our memberships you are now ready to make bookings.  The easiest way to make bookings is by downloading our app, click on the below to download;

Once downloaded it you will be able to select your preferred centre.  To make bookings it will prompt you to log in, simply use the email address (that you used when creating your membership) along with your password. Forgotten your password?  Not to worry, you can reset it here.  Once logged in to the app you will remain logged in, meaning you won't need to keep on adding your details each time you go to make a booking or manage your bookings.

Make bookings online

Alternatively, you can also make bookings here on the website.  Click on BOOK and enter your email address (that you used when creating your membership) along with your password. If you've not created a password before, click here to go through our password request steps. Once you've created a password go back to the BOOK page and enter your email address and newly created password.
