Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, the health and wellbeing of our loyal customers has remained our utmost priority. For those of you who have been back in our centres you will have also seen all the new safety and cleaning procedures that we’ve put in place to ensure that each visit you make has been as safe as possible.
Following Welsh Government’s announcement to introduce a ‘firebreak’ lockdown in response to the increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in Wales, ALL Actif Leisure centres & outdoors sports facilities will close from 4pm* on Friday 23 October, reopening on Monday 9 November (this is to allow enough time for our customers to travel home by 6pm).
In view of this decision, we would like to reassure our customers that Direct Debit payments will not be taken on the 1st November, meaning you will pay nothing while we remain closed. The days remaining in October (8 days) will be credited and added onto your membership in November when we reopen. We will contact you closer to the time as to how we will take payment for the other remaining days in November.
We would like to remind customers that you do not need to cancel your membership as it will remain frozen as of Friday 23 October until Monday 9 November.
*check out the centre pages online for more information on last available booking slots. Alternatively check the timetables via the app.
