We believe that exercising should be fun, motivating and engaging so you keep on coming back for more. We have over 100 fitness classes a week, so whether you want to work up a sweat in spin or relax in yoga there is something for everyone.

This choreographed class with easy to follow moves will improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

This non-choreographed aerobic conditioning workout will improve cardiovascular fitness.

A fun aerobic water based exercise class to improve your flexibility and tone with low impact to your joints.

Barbell Sculpt 
This class will tone, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body, fast! This class challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, and curl.

Boot Camp
An effective form of exercise that combines bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training, designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves.

Body Blast
A cardio-based total body-conditioning program that will push you to new training heights. Resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. Ideal for those in the LF connect “Shape group”

Boogie Bounce 
FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too!

Box Fit
An effective form of cross-training. The class uses boxing training methods to tone and strengthen the upper and lower body.

Is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg–2.5kg dumbbells and fuses this with dance inspired movements which will shape, sculpt and improve your muscle tone in your upper body and core.

A class of fun challenges that provides a fast moving way of accomplishing all round cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

This class seeks to increase strength, flexibility and develop controlled movement from a strong core.

Dance Gold
Is for active older adults who are looking for a modified dance class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Dance Fit
This choreographed class with easy to follow moves will improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

Exercise to Music
This is a series of choreographed routines, set to great music with a mixture of high and low impact moves. The session can cater for all abilities, ages, and fitness levels with alternatives offered throughout.

Fit Steps
Is a fitness class, delivered through dance which mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up tempo steps of Latin.  It’s really fun, energetic and effective with the emphasis on helping people towards fitness, structuring classes to deliver real, measurable fitness results.

High intensity body weight interval training that can be adapted for all abilities.

Jungle body Konga®
Jungle body Konga® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique.

Kettlercise Combat Max
An exciting fusion of kettlebells and MMA (Mixed martial arts). Providing a high cardio full body workout with an emphasis on core strength and fat burning. Ideal for those in the LF connect “Shape group”

This class provides the essential elements of core strength training and cardiovascular exercise with the use of a kettlebell. You will really notice a difference in just a few sessions.

Legs, Bums & Tums
This workout utilises a variety of specific movements and exercises designed to shape the lower body.

Life Circuit
Focuses on cardiovascular exercises i.e. walking, cycling, rowing and stepping arranged in a circuit format and interspersed with strength and conditioning exercises. Ideal for those completing the National exercise referral scheme and LF connect “Health group”

Muscle Max
A strength training class specifically choreographed to use barbells and your own body weight to maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body. Each part of your body will get worked separately for all round toning. “Gain group”

Pilates is a series of controlled exercises that engage body and mind.  Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core as well as improving flexibility and posture.  Suitable for all ages and abilities.

High intensity session on a static bike guaranteed to get your heart racing whilst strengthening and toning your lower body and burning some serious calories! Individuals can adjust their workout intensity during the session to suit themselves.

Step Aerobics
This choreographed class with easy to follow moves using a step will improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

Tabata training is a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout that lasts four minutes. The benefits of this form of training is that it burns fat in a short space of time!

Virtual Spin 

Virtual Spin is a cinematic exercise experience where you will be guided through your workout as you experience different cycling terrains and stunning landscapes all over the world.

Stretch and strengthen your body, as well as improving balance and coordination. Yoga positions can be modified to suit your own level of fitness and flexibility.

Improve flexibility and strength through a mix of yoga and Pilates inspired moves. Suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness.

The latest in Latin dance, using the fusion of Meringue, Cumbia, Salsa, Samba moves to get your heart pumping and feet tapping.

Zumba Gold
The easy-to-follow dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating! Zumba Gold® classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults.
