We believe that exercising should be fun, motivating and engaging so you keep on coming back for more. We have over 100 fitness classes a week, so whether you want to work up a sweat in spin or relax in yoga there is something for everyone.

Aqua Fit - Mild/Moderate Intensity

A fun aerobic water based exercise class to improve your flexibility and tone with low impact to your joints.

Barbell Sculpt - High Intensity

This class will tone, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body, fast! This class challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

Body Blast - High Intensity

High energy choreographed barbell based workout using lighter weights, with higher repetition, to bring that all over mean muscle look, which will strengthen your body's ability to burn calories.

Body Sculpt - High Intensity

Low impact strength class that uses a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, and your own body weight to tone, strengthen and reduce inches.

Boogie Bounce - High Intensity

A complete exercise programme on mini trampoline, delivering a cardio workout choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the decades.

Boot Camp - High Intensity

An effective form of exercise that combines bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training, designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves.

Box Fit - High Intensity

An effective form of cross-training. The class uses boxing training methods to tone and strengthen the upper and lower body.

Circuits - High Intensity

A class of fun challenges that provides a fast moving way of accomplishing all round cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

Coach by Colour - High Intensity

These classes will enhance your indoor cycling experience by using 5 coloured training zones to ensure that you are working at the right intensity, every workout*. All you need to do is match the colour on your bike to the colour on the instructor's bike - simple but not always easy!

Core - Mild/Moderate Intensity

This class seeks to increase strength, flexibility and develop controlled movement from a strong core.

Dance Fit - High Intensity

This choreographed class with easy to follow moves will improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

Dance Gold - Mild/Moderate Intensity

Designed for active older adults who are looking for a modified dance class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Exercise to Music - High Intensity

This is a series of choreographed routines, set to great music with high impact moves.

Exercise to Music Gold - Mild/Moderate Intensity

This is a series of choreographed routines, set to great music with high impact moves. The session can cater for all abilities, with alternatives offered throughout.

Family Circuits - Mild/Moderate Intensity

For families with children aged 5-13. Have fun getting fit together. Fitness games and circuit style exercises so you have a good time, without realising you're getting fit! Improve fitness, strength and stamina in our family circuits' classes.

Fit for Life - Mild/Moderate Intensity

A circuit class focusing on maintaining/gaining cardiovascular fitness, mobility and flexibility around key joints.

FTP Spin Test - High Intensity

Personalise and maximise your experience in these classes, we do recommend you complete an FTP Spin test, this will give you a more accurate number that gets inputted at the start of the class. Bookings for this test can be secured at reception.

ICG Connect - High Intensity

In every class, participants ride for, with and against each other to meet the group target, win team battles and achieve personal bests.

Insanity - High Intensity

High intensity body weight training that can be adapted for all abilities.

Jungle body Konga® - High Intensity

Jungle body Konga® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique.

Junior Spin - Mild/Moderate Intensity

A challenging and fun indoor cycling session for our Actif Junior members. Parents must give consent if child is under 14 and all users must be a minimum height of 4ft 11inchs.

Junior Synergy - Mild/Moderate Intensity

A fun packed Synergy session for 14-17yr olds that will educate all teenagers to functional fitness.

Kettlebell combat MX - High Intensity

Is a music driven, choreographed high energy blend of kettlebell exercises and dynamic movements inspired from the world of martial arts.

Kettlebells - High Intensity

This class provides the essential elements of core strength training and cardiovascular exercise with the use of a kettlebell. You will really notice a difference in just a few sessions.

Legs, Bums & Tums - Mild/Moderate Intensity

This workout utilises a variety of specific movements and exercises designed to shape the lower body.

Life Circuit - Mild/Moderate Intensity

Focuses on cardiovascular exercises i.e. walking, cycling, rowing and stepping arranged in a circuit format and interspersed with strength and conditioning exercises. Ideal for those completing the National exercise referral scheme and LF connect "Health group"

MyRide Live - Mild/Moderate Intensity

Follow your instructor in an immersive easy to follow indoor cycling session around the worlds most breath-taking and challenging roads, forest, mountains and even volcanoes. You create the action and burn calories in the process.

PBF+ - Mild/Moderate Intensity

A group workout targeting functional balance, strength and fitness.

Spin - High Intensity

High intensity session on a static bike guaranteed to get your heart racing whilst strengthening and toning your lower body and burning some serious calories! Individuals can adjust their workout intensity during the session to suit themselves.

Spin Lite - Mild/Moderate Intensity

This low impact, low intensity spin class is perfect for those with lower fitness levels, beginners spinners or those recovering from injury or illness.

Synergy HIIT - High Intensity

Designed to transform your body by developing strength and endurance in all major muscle groups.

Synergy Performance - High Intensity

A high intensity 30 minute class.

Synergy Shape - High Intensity

Designed to transform your body by developing strength and endurance in all major muscle groups.

Synergy Starter - Mild/Moderate Intensity

An introduction class aimed to coach and develop technique on the various Synergy exercises. Perfect for beginners and older adults.

Synergy Super 45 - High Intensity

A high intensity 45 minute full body workout that will challenge even the fittest. Exercising at this extreme intensity will help burn up to 1000 calories per class.

Tabata HIIT (30 min) - High Intensity

Tabata training is a high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) workout that lasts four minutes. The benefits of this form of training is that it burns fat in a short space of time!

Yoga - Mild/Moderate Intensity

Stretch and strengthen your body, as well as improving balance and coordination. Yoga positions can be modified to suit your own level of fitness and flexibility.

Yogalaties - Mild/Moderate Intensity

Improve flexibility and strength through a mix of yoga and Pilates inspired moves. Suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness.

Zumba Gold - Mild/Moderate Intensity

The easy-to-follow dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating! Zumba Gold classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults.

Zumba - High Intensity

The latest in Latin dance, using the fusion of Meringue, Cumbia, Salsa, Samba moves to get your heart pumping and feet tapping.
