Body Pump Live:

(Moderate / High Intensity) BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  (Duration 45mins)

Body Combat Live:

(Moderate / High Intensity) BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contract. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class (Duration 45mins)

Les Mills Core Live:

(Low / Moderate Intensity) LES MILLS CORE is for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The moves are simple and low-impact options mean you choose the intensity. You will soon experience the benefits of increased cardio and functional fitness. You never know until you go. (Duration 30mins)

Sh'bam:

(Moderate / High Intensity) A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! (Duration 30mins)

Dance Gold:

(Low / Moderate Intensity) Designed for active older adults who are looking for a modified dance class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. (Duration 45mins)

Zumba:

(Low / Moderate Intensity) The latest in Latin dance, using the fusion of Meringue, Cumbia, Salsa, Samba moves to get your heart pumping and feet tapping. (Duration 45mins)

Stretch & Tone:

(Low / Moderate Intensity) Stretch and strengthen your body, as well as improving balance and coordination. Positions can be modified to suit your own level of fitness and flexibility. (Duration 45mins)

Baby & Me:

(Low / Moderate Intensity) This is a fitness class designed to get you back into fitness without the hassle of finding a babysitter. Bring your baby or toddler along so they can socialise with other children whilst you get your workout done (Duration 45mins)

Body Blast:

(High Intensity) High energy choreographed barbell based workout using lighter weights, with higher repetition, which will strengthen your body's ability to burn calories. (Duration 45mins)

Circuits:

(Moderate / High Intensity) A class of fun challenges that provides a fast moving way of accomplishing all round cardiovascular and muscular fitness (Duration 45mins)

Synergy:

(Moderate / High intensity) Synrgy 360 is an 'all-in-one' training frame combining total body and dynamic exercises using innovative attachments such as the TRX, ViPR cable station, batten ropes, punch bag, plyometirc apparatus and more. (Duration 45mins)

Skill X:

(Moderate / High Intensity) NEW Introductory session on the Skill Line Equipment. Designed to transform your body by developing strength and endurance in all major muscle groups (Duration 45mins)

Les Mills Trip:

(Low / Moderate Intensity) THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories. (Duration 45mins)

Soft Play:

The 3-tier play area provides a safe, secure and stimulating play environment that will keep children entertained for hours! Children can climb, hide and slide as they explore fun features including tunnels, stepping stones, rope bridges, slides and lots lots more! Suitable for children under 148cm with a dedicated area for children under 3 years old. Children must be supervised at all times. (Duration 1.5hr)

Inflatable:

Have fun racing through the inflatable obstacle course, over the hurdles and down the slide. Suitable for Children 4-8yrs (Duration 45mins)

Atlantis inflatable:

Try our NEW inflatable 'Atlantis' the perfect fun wetside activity. Our assault course and obstacle inflatables promise to be the ultimate fun for juniors and adults!  All users are to wear lifejackets. (Duration 2hours)

Mini Netball:

Mini Netball classes are a fun and educational way to introduce your child to netball. Age 3+ (Duration 45mins)

Balance Bikes:

Balance bike training aims to teach children the skills they will need to learn to ride a bike. Age 2+ (Duration 45mins)

MyRide Virtual Spin:

(Low / Moderate Intensity) Follow your instructor in an immersive easy to follow indoor cycling session around the worlds most breath-taking and challenging roads, forest, mountains and even volcanoes. You create the action and burn calories in the process. (Duration 45mins)

Coach By Colour:

(Moderate / High Intensity) Enhance your cycling experience by using 5 coloured training zones to ensure that you are working at the right intensity, every workout. All you need to do is match the colour on your bike to the colour on the instructor’s bike – simple but not always easy! (Duration 45mins)
