Gym
Gym sessions are available 7 days a week (from 06:15 - 20:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 - 17:00 on weekends) every 15 minutes.
Gym inductions can also be pre-booked via the app / online for new Actif customers prior to their first session.

Play Centre
The play centre at Carmarthen Leisure Centre is open for pre-booked sessions only.
ADMISSION PRICE
£4.00 per child
Suitable for children under 148cm with a dedicated area for children under 3 years old. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pre-booking is essential.
Cafe
The centre cafe is open for Food and Beverage throughout the day.
Electric Charging
Electric bike charging point (5 available)
Electric car charger (2 available).
Our charging points, installed by Clenergy-EV, are designed to provide fast and reliable charging, making it easy for you to charge up while you go for a swim, work up a sweat at the gym or get your heart pumping at one of our fitness classes.
But that's not all - by using our electric vehicle charging point, you'll be doing your part to help the environment and reduce your carbon footprint.
Remember you will need to bring your own charging cable to be able to charge at this facility.

Our all inclusive membership provides you with the opportunity to take advantage of over 100 fitness classes a week, 6 gyms, 5 swimming pools and 2 health suites across 6 Actif centres! Monthly Direct Debit memberships includes student, platinum, household, 60+ and corporate bronze packages. Pay As you Go options are also available for activities and sessions.

- Gym – use of the equipment is dependent on the disability
- Sci Fit hand bike – seat is removeable and can be replaced by a wheelchair
- Dual adjustable pulley – can be used by a wheelchair user
- Treadmills – Arms of the treadmill allow for someone with mobility issues to hold on whilst walking

The easiest way to find session availability is via our App. You can see all sessions and availability live, so it will always be up-to-date. Then simply click to book!
It's simple to download and available on iOS and Android devices. All you need to do is search 'Actif Sport and Leisure' in your app store.
