HOW DO I BOOK AN ACTIVITY?
As of Monday 10 August you will have to PRE-BOOK into every activity you wish to attend (Gym session, Workout pod, Fitness class or Swim session). Even if you haven't restarted your membership just yet, and you remain a frozen member you will be able to book and pay for activities if you wanted to (plus you get 10% off each activity!). This will give you an opportunity to attend an activity and see all the safety measures we've put in place in our centres to keep all our customers and staff safe. If you have restarted your membership, see below on how you book into each activity.
Capacity numbers will be limited, and you will only be able to book a 1-hour slot for each activity. Bookings can be made 5 days in advance. We ask customers to be considerate and only book one activity per day. This is to ensure that everybody gets an opportunity to come back to our centres and enjoy the benefits of exercising.
- You can click on BOOK at the top of this page. Make sure that you have your Membership ID and PIN to hand (don't worry we'll be sending this out via direct email shortly - keep an eye in your inbox, if you miss it double-check that it hasn't gone into your junk folder and mark our email as 'safe' so you don't miss out on any important updates from us)
- Download our app, search Actif Sport and Leisure in your app store. Once you've added your local centre you can click on the relevant buttons to make a booking. Again make sure that you have your Membership ID and PIN.
