Need a break from the gym?
We offer a free 6 month freeze on our memberships, this saves you paying additional joining fees should you wish to continue.
Got an active Household?
More than one of you signed up for a Membership in your household? It may be worth checking out our Household Membership, which gives access for 2 adults and 4 children all in one Membership. A £16 upgrade fee will apply.
Unable to attend your class?
We require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice of cancellation, otherwise you will be charged a £3 fee on your Actif Account.
Got a £3 charge for failing to attend/cancel?
You can pay this on your Actif App, just go to “My Basket”.
How do you mark your attendance to classes?
Make sure you are pre-booked and scan your RFID button on entrance to mark your attendance.
If you have lost your RFID there will be a charge for a new one.
Thinking of leaving us?
If the freeze is not appropriate and you wish to cancel your membership, we require 7 days’ notice before the next direct debit is scheduled to go out.
