Our Gyms

Here at Actif we are here to help you achieve your goals however big or small.  Our friendly fitness team are here to help you every step of the way.  

Our Actif gyms offer a contemporary, open plan environment equipped with Life Fitness equipment.

At the main Actif sites (Amman Valley, Carmarthen and Llanelli) the fitness suites are packed full of state of the art Life Fitness equipment with integrated TV, social media and entertainment system. Our satellite Actif sites (St Clears, Newcastle Emlyn and Llandovery) also feature Life Fitness equipment.

An adult will need to accompany 11-13 year old for gym sessions.

Tone and sculpt your body using our resistance machines and free weights areas.
(Please note those aged 11-13 years cannot use the free weights area.)

The ultimate touch screen consoles allow you to surf the net, access your social media accounts, watch TV, view interactive courses, track and save your preferred workouts and more.  And when you have created an account you can personalise how your display looks when you log onto the machines.

Your workouts just got more interesting! The interactive courses on our cardio machines aim to bring your workout to life with interactive, high definition hikes, runs and bikes through famous locations

Before using the gym you'll need to complete an induction, so our fitness instructors can talk you through how the machines work but also to find out what you want to achieve so we can help you along your fitness journey.
