Since 2015, Actif has been asking its leisure centre customers for a score (NPS) and feedback on their experience through TRP software to help us improve as one of the methods to achieve our vision of providing sector-leading services. Carmarthen Leisure Centre achieved a silver award from TRP for high standards a couple of years ago, and now Llanelli has achieved the same accolade.
But for 2020, Actif has also scooped TRP’s overall award for the most improved member experience – firstly out of the local authorities using TRP and then across all sectors! This has meant beating off competition from the private sector, trusts, education-based facilities and golf clubs from across the UK, America and Australia.
A huge thanks must go to all our staff dedicated to providing these great experiences, and also to our loyal customers for providing us with the scores and feedback that have enabled us to know where to improve and monitor our performance.
There are only 2 overall awards, the other being ‘Best’ – that’s the next in our sights!
